Hanger for turnover demoulding is one of the main equipment in cutting section. It is installed onto the matching overhead crane and is subject to lifting and tilting which is driven by the hydraulic station.
Description:
The spreader consists of a spreader frame, a hydraulic station, flip cylinders, clamping cylinders and other components, the main material of spreader frame is made of rectangular tube. Installing in the double main beam and supporting the use with it.(normally say the driving beam 17a).
The role of spreader: lifting and transporting mold; would turn the mold 90-degree; opening and clamping the molds and side panels. Two lifting forms: 1 rope round group; 2 hydraulic lift.
