Description:
Cutting Machine is the key equipment in the AAC production line, including two categories. One is ground turnover multiple-step machine and the other is aerial turnover multiple-step cutting machine. There are two types of aerial multiple-step cutting machine. One is stationary type for cutting of traveling “cake” and the other is moving type. Stationary type multiple-step cutting machine is made up of longitudinal (horizontal) cutting machine, transverse (vertical) cutting machine, cutting trolley, rails, pneumatic control system and electrical control system. When two cutting trolleys are put into operation (i.e., double-trolley mode) and the side elevator is equipped to hold “cake” for replacement of trolley, the productivity of the cutting machine will be significantly increased. As to the moving type multiple-step cutting machine, it consists of longitudinal cutting trolley, transverse cutting trolley, cutting rack, rails, pneumatic control system and electrical control system, and so on.
Working Principle:
1. Aerial turnover crane brings the green cake in to sky, turnover 90 degrees, puts it onto the cutting car, cuts the base body with side panel which is powered by electric and walk to stay, finish cuts vertically.
2. Cutting car continues moving after the central position of the crosscut device stops, the crosscut device is started, crosscut shelf cuts the block from top to bottom in vertical cutting.
3. Cutting car walks to organize into groups. The hanger hangs the green cake, and raise up out of curing car, cutting car returns to primitive position to carry on the next cutting circulation.
